EXCHANGE / RETURN
Only items in "Original Condition" that have not been worn, washed, and are free of any scents are eligible for exchange or return. Please include the original shipping box, and ensure the tag is attached.
Items must be returned within 21 days from the date of receipt. Please note that final sale items are non-returnable.
Specify the reason for the return (with the product number) via e-mail. Pack the goods in the original packaging and send it to the specified address within 21 days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed approximately within 7 business days after receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and there is a restocking fee of $9.50 for exchanges or returns.
